Connect losing golf course data

Hi. I have a vivoactive 3 that i use for golf and to do that i download golf courses to my phone. Problem is shortly after downloading some of the data on my phone disappears and the vivoactive cant find any course. If i download to connect to the watch immediately no problem.  Connect still has the course but loses all data.  What is going on?

  • I have exactly the same problem with my Vivoactive 3. I was told it was a clash between my phone (Xaomi Mi 9 Lite) and the connect app. Something to do with download updates? However would appreciate an answer from Connect??
