My forerunner 55 will not sync all of my data to Garmin connect. I've had this issue since I bought the watch and have troubleshooted it multiple times. Some times I get it working again, other times it starts working again on its own but this time it's been a week since my steps, HR, body battery and sleep data have been synced to garmin connect. All of the information is on the watch. It shows that it's connected to my phone. When I finish a run, that information is sent over. But the other data is missing and when I manually sync it from the watch, it says sync failed. When I sync it to the computer with Garmin Express, it shows I have files that can't be synced but when I go into the folder to try and delete them, they are not there. I am so disappointed in this watch. It is my first ever Garmin and will most likely be my last. I shouldn't have to spend this much time trying to get it to work correctly. This is a known issue and it obviously hasn't been solved. Please fix this!
