Heart Rate Zones are incorrect

Hi,

I'm using my Edge 1030 to track my heart rate. It's always stuck in Zone 5 due to some really strange settings:

connect.garmin.com/.../8090066367

Any ideas on how I can reset those? I have checked the Garmin Connect App on my phone and they look correct.

The settings in Garmin Connect should be synced to the device but this does fail sometimes. On my Edge 1030 Plus I find this can happen if automatic detection of maximum heart rate is enabled.

Can't see your link. You'll need to change privacy to "Everyone," at least temporarily so we can view it.

The settings in Garmin Connect should be synced to the device but this does fail sometimes. On my Edge 1030 Plus I find this can happen if automatic detection of maximum heart rate is enabled.

To reset the heart rate zones to default on the device go to My Stats > Training Zones > Heart Rate Zones. The right most icon on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen (an 'X' inside a counter-clockwise arrow) will reset the zones to their default values.

Ah, that's what that button does! I disabled automatic max heart rate detection and pressed this button. That seems to have done the trick, thanks a lot!
