How can transfer the map info a .gpx file. To be able to read it on a GPS ? Thanks

I would like To be able to read my route records on a GPS guidancetype file.

Is it possible?

If yes, how proceed

You can do this on the web version of Garmin Connect https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

Open one of your activities, click the gear icon (top right corner), then "Export to GPX."
