I've just started using the Garmin Coach 5K run program on my Instinct Solar and Pixel 3 XL, and I'm really enjoying it! However, it would be nice to get push reminders on my phone on days when runs are scheduled. I'm not sure if this feature exists or if it's something I have to enable? I have all notifications in Garmin Connect switched on, and my phone is not blocking any.
