Finding & starting a manually created activity

I'm a new user of Fenix 6x Pro Solar.

I downloaded Garmin Connect to my Google Pixel phone.

I created a manual activity (Rollerblading).

1. I cannot find the activity on my watch?

2. If I could find the activity how do I start it when I begin rollerblading?

How did you create this new activity?

To start any activity you press start/stop button, find your activity in the list and then press start/stop again to select it and finally one more click on start/stop to start it.

Remember to wait for GPS position before you start the activity.

Hello, Thank you for responding!

As I mentioned I am a newbie.

I created the activity on my phone using the Garmin Connect application thinking that it would upload to the watch. I guess it does not work like that does it?

Activities are created on your watch by doing a sport, such as running, walking, rollerblading, cycling, etc., then synced with Garmin Connect to save them. However, you could create a course on your phone, then send it to your watch, then follow the course on your watch while rollerblading.

How did you create the activity? An activity is usually an activity you have done like a run or a bike ride on a certain date and time.

If you want to create a custom activity profile that you can start on your watch you usually create that on your watch.
