Live activity tracking

I wish to stop receiving emails from somebody who sends me their live activity tracking, but I want to keep receiving emails from Garmin. Is there any option where I can opt out of being on their contact list?

Ask them to remove you from their list. If that's not an option, you can create an email rule to permanently delete emails with the subject "Watch <name's> live activity now!" Replace <name's> with the name of that person.

Thanks! I think I'll do that. I've been receiving this emails non stop from someone I don't really know that well.
