Safety Features Setup

Hi All,

I am trying to set up safety features on my Vivoactive 4s. The first screen I get after going to Safety Features Setup is "Enter your information".

Once I enter the info (name, city, state), I cannot go to the next screen as the "Next" button is not active.

Please assist if you can.
