I reset the watch as it wasn't keeping its charge. The VO2 max fitness age has suddenly increased markedly ie from a fitness age of 44 to 65 (I am 74) even though i am way above all of the goals. Insigts say i take more steps than 94% of users ans my daily steos are usually between 13000 and 17000. I am wondering why tge fitness age has increased so much.
