Sleep and challenges not syncing - new Venu 2s

I have a new Venu 2s and it is tracking my sleep and I can view this on my watch, but it is not flowing through to my app.

It is also not syncing my steps to my challenges even though my privacy for all activities seems to be set to "everyone".

My wife just got a new Venu 2 and hers are all working fine. I set both up the same way and I'm not sure why it isn't working for me. She is in iPhone and I am using an Android (Pixel 6) not sure if that would be making any difference though.

Please help!

Have you successfully paired your watch with the app?

A common mistake is to use the bluetooth settings to pair the watch. If you done that then remove it from bluetooth settings and from the Connect app and pair again directly from the app.
