Activity wont sync to the phone

Hi,
I can view my activity on the watch (Swim 2), but it wont upload it to the phone/garmin connect, sync shows no errors. Ive tried to sync it with garmin express, but no luck activity still not visible. I tried to open and resave the .fit file but it wont allow me to save it. Could you please try to repair the file so I can uplaod it on the garmin connect website? Currently it shows an error 'We don't support the file type you tried to import.' .

Assumed it would display metric based on your location. Maybe swimming is different. I will check again when I get a chance.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

After verifying that everything has synced, backup then remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support

Thank you it uploaded, only thing is everything is in yards, is there a way to change that?
