Data shows on watch and app, but not in my employer benefit program?

I record my steps daily and today nothing was showing up in my employer benefit program. I use Virgin Pulse and they registered 0 steps today, which is inaccurate

Have you tried this: My Garmin steps are not displaying in my Virgin Pulse account.
