Weather information is not anymore available

Dear,

since last week, therefore 1st december, i don't have anymore the weather information available on my FENIX 6X Solar. The status is always "waiting for data".

It sems to be only related to Garmin weather synchronisation as all the rest seems to work and as using the "Just Enduro" screen and openweathermap, i receive update on my watch.

I already have tried to lauch the GPS, launch an activity to define a location, i already have tried to fix a weather on a specified location in parameters, nothing work, the status is always waiting for incoming data....

Can you help me to solve this problem please.

I forgot to mentioned that I have an Android Phone and that everything was working properly up to last week. I have also checked that the authorisation given in the phone hasn't changed. I have also tried to delete the watch and reinstall it on the Connect Garmin App. I have also checked that in my garmin account, my watch is added and active (i have all the report of my activity). Indeed i have already done a lot :)

Same issue here, started a few days ago, android phone as well, Google Pixel if it matters. All permissions are set up correctly.

I have a Venu with the same issue. Temperature showed until a few/several weeks ago. I'm missing it on my watch. Is there a weather ap separate from Garmin Connect that is needed?

I had issues with the data in the weather widget. I solved it by clearing all data for the Garmin Connect app. Open the settings in the phone. Go to apps. Find Connect. Storage. And click Clear data. It is pretty much the same thing as uninstall and install.

Did you test to clear the data for the app?

Also make sure all permissions are enabled at all times.

I have the same problem without a solution, Fenix 7 sapphire solar. Weather does not sync

My wife had this issue on her Venu 2s and the Glance clock face. Turned out she had one too many data fields on the watch and weather being the last one was not showing on the clock face. I cleared the music one and when she sync'd the weather was back.
