First day of week

Question

So i suspect been asked before 
 
 Changed in Garmin connect first day of week to Monday. But the watch has somehow not registered this and it still thinks it is Sunday 
 Any ideas ?

Thanks for the reply. All sorted now. Oddly it had not synched to the watch but synched switched off. Turned on and all good

The watch has its own setting: settings - system - format - start of week (on my F5+, might be elsewhere on other models).
