average heart rate for day - year

Which Garmin do you have? I'm seeing this data for the 945 LTE. Average resting and average high.

I also have this data, but this is average for max and average for rest, not average for all day

I wouldn't want it. For a fitness watch, where you have periods of rest and periods of intensity, average would not usually make a lot of sense. However, possibly an option for those that feel the need to view this data. Submit your request as suggested.

I don't know if you know, but your heart has a calculated life cycle, you train hard to lower your average resting heart rate as well as your average heart rate during the day with your daily activities, this way you can compare the period of hard training to the easy one it had on all day or a whole week of stress on your heart ...
