Favorites keeps reseting after adding apps grom Connect IQ

Hi everybody,

I have a problem on Venu 2, where when I want to add app from Connect IQ to my Favorites list in Connect app - Activities and Apps (lets say Torch app), I can't install app or Favorites list restarts after I exit it and enter it again.

I tried reseting the watch, reinstalling app, adding watch again but notting helped.

How to solve it?

I have a similar issue - just got my Venu 2 only few days ago. For me, if I change order of the glances or change order of activities in Garmin Connect, favourites completely reset.
