Connect App Installation

I was having trouble getting my New Pixel 6 to recognize my Edge 520 + so I tried uninstalling the Connect App. Now installation is stalling at 57-61% (usually 58%) and will not go further.

The installation is handled by Google Play Store and your phone so it isn't really something in the Connect app that causes that. Restart phone and try again.
