The picture below shows my training status of the last 12 weeks.
As you can see, since the middle of September it is permanently swapping between productive, maintaining, unproductive, recovery, and the occasional peaking. How useful is this at all?
I am really not doing anything weird. I am following the daily training recommendations quite consistently. I like the recommendations, and I actually feel that I am improving my fitness. But the training status as shown here seems rather generated by some random status generator .
Does anybody see something similar, or what are your experiences with the training status?
