Transfert to strava

I m linked with Stava but i m not able to transfert my ride recorder in garmin Connect. Wath can i try to fixe il?

If it synced OK with Garmin, you can download the file in zip format from Garmin Connect Web. Open the activity then select "Export Original."

Unzip the file then go to the Strava upload page - https://www.strava.com/upload/select and import the .fit file. Alternatively, you can upload to Strava directly from your Garmin device when plugged into a computer. Find the fit file located on your device in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder.

Then I would make sure Garmin Connect and Strava are linked. If you disconnect/reconnect both sides that should verify everything is OK.
