I have had my watch for a few days and want to update the face but on the garmin IQ app it says that I need to update my vivo active 3. It has been updated as it is new and there are no updates showing. How can I fix this?

A new watch often got old software since it will get its software at the factory. During the time from factory to the consumer can be quite long.

Connect it to Garmin Express and check. Just to be sure.
