I wonder if you have corrupt activity files on the watch that are preventing the synch from occurring. You can check by trying a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. It is likely corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
Sorry for the late answer. I can't just connect the watch to my computer - I've used the FAQ here (https://support.garmin.com/fr-FR/?faq=zAKcL0VxC65ltPW95ufhG8) to try to make it work, but it still doesn't even after refreshing the system.
At this point, is there a possibility to just... get someone to fix it?
