Lost all badges when migrated to a new device

Hello I had Garmin vivosport, which had broken. I got a new one, registered it to Connect app (Android). My personal data is still there, but all badges that I have worked for very hard are gone. What have I done wrong?

  • It sounds like you created a new account since the badges are connected to your account. Not the watch. That usually occurs when you logout of the app or install the app again. Have you done any of that?

    Check that you see your old activities, steps etc. before the data you added the new watch to the app.
