activity class ... doubt

Hello, garmin connect asks me to enter an activity class, since this setting modifies the calculation of calories consumed (and I notice that my Venu 2 underestimates by about 200-300 kcal) I was wondering what value was indicated for a weight training ... usually training 3 times a week for about 40-50 minutes, I set 6 as the value ... and correct taking into account that it tends to underestimate the calories burned? 

  • Garmin puts a heavy emphasis on percent of max heart rate in order to determine calories burned. I often do a 45-minute weight workout and only burn 30 calories. But because aerobically it wasn't as challenging as a 10 km run, I get penalized for being lazy. Shrug‍♂️
