Cant connect heart rate moitor to swift

Unable to connect except to my garmim devices

What heart rate monitor are you using? Does it support bluetooth or are you using an ANT+ dongle?

It doesn't support bluetooth. Only ANT+. To be able to connect that HRM to a computer or tablet you need ANT+ support on that device or an ANT+ dongle.
