Oxymetry (Pulse Ox) values not correct? Vivoactive 4s

Hi!

I have a new vivoactive 4s and I am not sure the oximetry (Pulse Ox) is working properly. It gives me values from 89% to 99%, and seems a bit ramdom. I measure 2 times and the value is different. Additionally, if I do the measure with a profesional one it gives me 99%-100%. It is only my case or the accuracy of this garmin does doest not work in general?
