How do I pair with my Samsung Galaxy S10+.

How do I pair with my Samsung Galaxy S10+. I can no longer sync with it thru Connect. Pairing morphs into non-operational sync.

Not sure what your problem is, but my S10+ works well. Much better than previous phones I have used. Suggest you look thought the sync trouble shooting guide at the top of this forum and make sure to delete everything before trying to sync including deleting your device from the Bluetooth device list. You probably also want to make sure the S10+ does not put the GC in deep sleep as that may goof things up.

Have you resolved the problem,I am having the same issue with my vivo4s and my Samsung 10.ive been through all the guides and emailed but still no luck.

Pairing morphs into non-operational sync.

What does that mean? Are you getting an error message? Have you tried a manual sync to Germin Connect Web? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
