No notifications and false "connected: on" every day, needs constant reset from watch

Since a few weeks ago, the connection partially drops randomly and I see my self without notifications.

If I open Garmin Connect, there's no sync progress so it's clear it's not longer connected (even if it says connected).

What works: OFF/On in watch in Settings:Phone.

After doing this, the notifications will work again and also Sync from app. So it's not something with my phone settings.

But later like next day, it's back to not working.

Watch is Instinct, phone is Android/Huawei.

I did read the connectivity page, and the special Huawei linked posts.

Even if the app is killed (let's say), I open it manually and keep it open, and notifications still don't work, the conenction to the phone is not "recovered" automatically.

same here with xiami phone, it worked without any issues until 2 weeks ago or so. Now constant connection-problems, at the moment it doesn't work at all - very annoying. For me it seems that it changed with doing the last update.
