Indoor climb total ascent is different/wrong in app

For example, today my Fenix 6 Pro says total climb 198 (feet) but the IQ app on my Android phone says total 59 ft.

I suspect a unit conversion problem - 59 *meters* is awfully close to 198 *feet* ...
