I saw that a fix was put into place for Training status not showing from 10/5/21 -> 10/11/21, but I'm still seeing something that I think is abnormal.
Last week, I got a replacement Fenix 6 Pro watch (named Fenix 6 Pro 2) and synced/True-up with my account.
On GCM, when I go to the Training Status page, I can switch between devices by clicking the device name in the top (why is this stored/separated at the device level? Shouldn't GCM and GCWeb have all of the activities and aggregate the unique activities from multiple devices to track the load?).
On my old Fenix 6 device, I can see complete Training Status including the 7-day load from the recent week, where 2-3 activities were completed on the new replacement watch and status synced back to the old watch. See screenshots for "Fenix 6 Pro".

My new Fenix 6 Watch: (notice first two screens are the same and can see that all activities have synced across, but the 7-day load screen is incomplete, and appears to only show activities after I added the watch to my account ):
(As a separate issue, I think there's something weird going on with a Multisport activity on 9/25/21 which is duplicating load, causing the spike that day despite not having duplicate activities stored/uploaded on GC.)
Looking at the Training Status 7-day load on the new watch, it is showing days/load/activities prior to the date I synced to my Garmin Connect account:
