Garmin Connect Sync - Body Battery An Error Has Occurred and My Fitness Pal Sync is Lost after last update

After my last update about a week ago I have been unable to get Body Battery to sync correctly. It always says an error has occurred.  Also I have lost my ability to sync to My Fitness Pal.  I have an android and a Fenix 6S.   Suggestions on how to fix these sync issues?
