Activity is saved without data and on wrong date

Is this a Venu SQ? You can try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity

Based on that date, likely a problematic FIT file located in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder of your watch. We can try to repair it for you if you can zip then attach it to your post.

This is indeed a venu SQ, I hope I can restore it via a PC because it seems on my watch now that the file is incorrect as there is a wrong date, no map, no data but it recognized there was an activity. I see on my watch there is heart rate data but not attached to an activity

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

When uploading the file manualy, Garmin says: The file type you are trying to import is not supported.

Strava tells me more or less the same thing: The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it.
