GizmoHub app notifications not working

My Garmin vivoactive3 does not sync notifications for the Verizon GizmoHub app.  The app is selected in my app notifications list.  I haven't had this problem with any other app.  Has anyone else noticed this?  Is there a way for me to report this to Garmin?
