Pool swimming inaccurate distance recording??!

Im swimming in a 14m pool but Garmin records it as a 25m pool? My running distances is accurate..Why is my swimming in a pool not accurate?

Did you set the pool size to 14 meters in the watch? 14 m is the smallest pool size possible to set in at least my FR945.
