Instinct not showing Call ID 9/24/21

Hi Everyone -

After the latest update in late August (4.46) and with getting a new phone (went from a Moto G Power to a Moto One 5G) I have lost the Call ID feature of the watch. When I get a phone call it will just say "Phone" but not the actual name. What is odd is that AFTER the call is answered it will still tell me who I am on a On-going call with. The names also come up with emails and text messages so it is really just the call ID function that isn't working. I have since updated to the 4.47.2 app version and have Software Version 15.81 in my watch with the same issue still persisting.

Check app permissions. Also, are you using the native phone app or something else?

I have given all permissions possible and yes, I use the default phone application. Same phone application I used with my old phone w/ no issues.
