I hope you are well. I hope you can help me out.
I am a football referee. I am aiming to hit a level required level of fitness. For that I need to achieve 2500 in 12min.
When I go for runs I can easily go for 3-5mile runs or longer.
In there anyway on the garmin connect app that when I review the run I can easily see that when I hit 2500 what my Time was please. Or at 12 min how far I had travelled.
