IFIT upload to Garmin Connect

With IFIT being able to import from Garmin Connect, anyway to have Garmin Connect import from IFIT - so that those that use indoor bicycle trainers ,treadmills and rowers and log workouts?

Follow the instructions in the document Connecting Your iFIT Account to Garmin Connect – iFIT Support (zendesk.com), especially the section "Manually export an iFIT activity to Garmin Connect".

I found iFit makes this available as a paid add-on. So if I use my bike once or twice a month and want to import into garmin I have to pay minimum $15/mo. That's a joke.
