fenix + poco F3 sync

I got a Poco F3 from Mi (andriod 11) and I installed Connect IQ and connect my garmin fenix pro.

everything works well but the bluetooth connection is not permanent. After few minutes the signal was lost (disconnect)

no notification from apps and no connection for "minutecast" for example

is there an issue ? I set it to 'No restrictions' for battery saving schedule

but is there an issue from garmin config.
