Export image to strava (and other social media)

I am loving the new(ish) muscle groups used image after strength training and it would be nice to easily export it to my Stava with some other stats.

Currently I achieve this with the following steps: take a screenshot > select share > select photo with stats >  select the screenshot > crop the screenshot > add the stats > next > upload to photos > upload > open Strava > select activity > add photos > select photo from gallery > save.

There must be a less labor intensive way to do it than this. When I track a row on a concept 2 using ergdata, it automatically uploads an image of the screen showing my splits - something along this line would be ideal, especially if ahead of time I can select what stats I want included in my image upload. If not a better solution than currently would be to select share within the activity, and rather than have to screenshot and add the screenshot to simply be able to chose "select photo from gallery" or "use Garmin generated image".

Finally - along the same lines, I love the total volume metrics - I would love to be able to embed this in to the image rather than have to manually add it to my workout description.
