I'm doing correct 5k running plan which I am quite happy with. As the plan doesn't include weight training, I've added a weekly weight training routine and spaced out Greg’s workouts accordingly to avoid over training.
My doubt is if my weight training workouts that I added to the training calendar are being considered to track my training, as I don’t use my Garmin watch during the weight training workout (I wear it but I’m not pushing any buttons to register this particular workout).
I wonder how Garmin is considering the WT workout (I added all the gym exercises I’m doing to the workout).
