Bike bootcamp Pelaton

I've just purchased a vivoactive 4s.

My question is I do Peloton bike bootcamps and I'd really like to log them correctly. The 4s does not have a bootcamp or multi sport option. If I put it in as either of those I don't get the cadence from my sensor for the bike session. The same with just putting cardio. If I entered it as just indoor cycling and edited it after would it effect my stats as half the workout is weight lifting. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone use this watch with pelaton?

  • If the activity is divided into two halfs with one biking and one strength why can't you just save it as two separate activities? That way you will get correct stats.

  • It's usually 2 bike sections 2 strength. It depends on the length of the class. An hour long class has 3 bike 3 strength. I could do that I was just hoping for a better option

  • For a watch without multisport support it can't be done in any other way if you want correct stats. The largest issue with that approach is the time it takes to stop, save and start a new activity.

You could have two watches. One for biking and one for strength. If you got an old Garmin watch you could use that one to log the strength parts.
