I have a Venu 2, that was syncing with Android Connect ok until last Thurs when I tried syncing it to Windows Express App. I made the classic mistake of registering a new account there and syncing. I eventually realised my mistake and changed the account on there back to my correct one. I thought all was ok and went on holiday on Friday (so no sync done with Express app at all for 5 days). Sometime over the weekend I noticed the daily summary info wasn't syncing with the app. I've got back today and followed the troubleshooting guide to remove the watch from accounts on all apps & web, restarted watch and re-added it to phone app.
It's now syncing today's data ok again with Connect (via phone) but nothing for last 5 days. I've tried removing watch from correct account and adding it back to wrong one but it won't sync the missing days there either (I was hoping to export/import it between accounts).
I can see the bar graph info for steps/floors/HR/sleep etc on the watch but can't get it to sync.
I thought of maybe creating yet another wrong account to export/import it from but don't want to make things worse
Any ideas?
