I consider myself in good shape. 5'10" 185 lbs and I run 4 times a week 2 or 3 miles and hike about 15 miles
That said whenever I finish a run my v02 max is 36. It doesn't it make sense. I run on a treadmill usually same speed at 6.0.
Do I need to have some other device to accurately track the v02? I have a forerunner 245 music.
Just hoping the reading just isn't right
