My Garmin Lily's body battery is stuck on 5% and stress levels at medium or high during sleep.

My Garmin Lily's body battery is stuck on 5%, but charged by about 5% on 3 occasions. I have been wearing the watch for 20 days now and it did not improve. My stress levels are also showing as medium and high constantly during sleep.

  • Your body battery is low because of your stress levels. If you figure out and solve the issue with the stress levels body battery will be fixed. Body battery seldom recharge during the day so what you should look at is stress at night. It should be below 25 to recharge body battery.

Stress is measured by HRV. Do you know anything that might affect your heart? Pacemaker, heart condition, medicine that affects heart rate, alcohol, coffee, nicotine late at night?

  • Were you able to find your answer? I slept better than usual last night and my stress level were very high. The night before was only 5 hours so my body battery went down to 5% during the day. But surprised to see Garmin data after 9 hours of good sleep.

  • I'm here about this too, it's the weekend and my stress levels are super high, were high throughout the night. I've gotten that a lot in the past few months.
