Wrong temperature for workout

Hi all, had a running activity recorded yesterday during a terrible heat wave here in Sicily (42° celsius). I hoped I could get the badge for workouts recorded on >38° celsius but the Gamin reported a wrong lower temperature.

Is there a way I can fix this data field on the recorded activity?

The temperature used for the Toasty badge is the temperature displayed in the map.

The temperature you see as a field in the activity is not used for badges.

You can't change the temperature used.

Note that it is the temperature at the start of the activity that is used.
