My Fenix 6 Pro states it hasn't synced since Tuesday

I synced on Sunday but seem to have lost all steps on the app but not on the Web. Neither are syncing and I have now lost steps in challenges and my step streak even though when I check each day on Web all steps are there. Any suggestions? Thank you

  • Are you using the same account on the web and in the app? The app and web are just viewers of the same data.

    Have you switched phone or reinstalled the app recently?

  • Yes, same account. The Web shows each days step data which is correct.

    I have tried what I've read so far.

    E.g. unpair, delete watch off the app, and turn watch and phone on and off. But now my step stream has gone to one day and still not syncing within any step challenege
