my training status says overreaching but I know that my load is no higher than before given I have been tapering for two races that got cancelled as a result of covid. I think the watch does not have a good base of my fitness.now that I start training for marathon in October my load is starting to increase which means by the look of it I will be overreaching all the way through. I would really like to use the status as a guide because I know sometime I can overdo it. what can I do? I use forerunner 245.
