Not able increase training days per week on Garmin Coach.Setting is grayed out.

Hi. I'm on week 5 on my 5K program and I want to increase my training days per week on Garmin Coach from 3 to 4. The settings is grayed out and I'm not able to change/increase days per week. Do I delete my progress if i start a new plan? Can I choose where to start if i start a new plan? So i can start at week 5 with 4 days a week running?
