RECUPERAR HISTORIAL DE ACTIVIDADES DE GARMIN CONNECT

Buenos días:

He perdido o borrado, no se como todo el historial de actividades de Garmin Connect desde hace casi 10 años (desde el primer día)...:-(

¿Existe alguna manera de recuperarlo?

    The function only deletes the activity files from the device. You do not need them on the device. All data is stored in the Garmin Connect account. If you do not see your data in Garmin Connect, then you are probably not logged into your own account, but rather into the account of your son, or into a blank account that you created by mistake when swapping the watches. Sign out, and then sign back into the old account, using the original credentials. Also remove the second watch from Garmin Express, and make sure the first one is still associated with the right Garmin Connect account.
