RECUPERAR HISTORIAL DE ACTIVIDADES DE GARMIN CONNECT

Buenos días:

He perdido o borrado, no se como todo el historial de actividades de Garmin Connect desde hace casi 10 años (desde el primer día)...:-(

¿Existe alguna manera de recuperarlo?

You have probably logged in with the wrong account by accidentally creating a new one. It is a common mistake.

Start by finding the right login info by logging into Garmin Connect Web. When you found the correct login logout from the app and login with same account.

Data is never deleted unless someone do it.

Have you logged in to Garmin Connect Web and checked that it is the correct account? Check your connections, badges, personal records etc. Most should still be there. Some badges are affected by deleted activities but many of them will stay even if you delete everything. Connections and personal records are not affected.

If you see that you know that it is the correct account.

Se han borrado todas las actividades. Mi perfil sigue activo y mis datos personales tambien. Creo que he perdido medallas pero no lo sé (no las hacía mucho caso).

Repito: la cuenta es la correcta. Sólo tengo una. Y todas mis actividades han sido eliminadas.

Hi. I reset my Garmin to the factory settings but I did not want to loose my activities log. Do you know if is possible to recover it? Garmin Connect shows them still..(Foreruner 920 xt, 6 years of activities).

If your activities is in Garmin Connect you will not lose them no matter what you do with your watch.

The activities log in the watch will be lost, but the watches got limited memory and are not intended for long time storage. It is a good idea to empty the watch on a regular basis to not fill it up. I empty my watch and my bike computer two times per year.

Thanks Andy for your quick answer. My main concern is not to loose the old activities in the app. when I synchronize the watch with Garmin connect . I will try.

A mí también me ha pasado lo mismo. Estaba intentando hacer una copia de seguridad en otro reloj garmin 645 music de mi hijo. Accedí a Garmin Express y sin darme cuenta di a un botón que ponía suprimir historial de carga. Creo que ahí ha estado el problema. Creí que eso eliminaba el historial del reloj de mi hijo, pero me eliminó el historial de más de 10 años de Garmin connect, independientemente de los diferentes relojes Garmin que he venido teniendo. Solo he podido rescatar las actividades de mi actual Garmin 945. Pero necesito una solución, si la hay. Gracias
