Vivoactive HR "Golf Course Failed to Download

Can i get a refund on my Vivosctove HR as golf course now continually fail to download.  i have tried all the fixes and spent time on line with support.

alternatively, can you give me confirm when teh software will be corrected

    As stated in the original thread a fix is pending, but a time frame is unavailable. I will need to add you to the ticket so that you will be notified when the fix is released. I am sending you a private message and I am locking this post to prevent multiple threads.
